In case of injury during training or events, immediate medical assistance will be provided, and parents/guardians will be notified.
The clinic is not liable for injuries, and participants must have adequate insurance converage.
Any medical history must inform the coaches.
Cancellation made at least 7 days before the program start date will be eligible for a full refund within 10-15 days.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date will not be refunded.
In case of medical emergency or extenuating circumstances, refunds or credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis with proper documentation.
In the event the clinic cancels a program due to unforseen circumstances (e.g., low enrollment, trainer unavailability), participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule or to transfer to another program until fulfillment.
Full refund if the program is cancelled by the clinic. No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before the program start date, except in special cases approved by the clinic.
