Truthful Information: I declare that all information provided in the registration form is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge.
Medical Waiver: I understand that participation in this camp involves physical activity. I hereby release the organizers, coaches, and affiliated partners from any liability for injuries or medical conditions that may arise during the event. I confirm that I am physically fit to participate.
Voluntary Participation: I understand that my participation is entirely voluntary, and I may withdraw at any time.
Refund Policy: For cancellations, participants must contact the organizer directly. Approved refunds will be processed and released one week after the event.

Participants Guidelines

1. Incidents During Training or Events

In case of injury during training or events, immediate medical assistance will be provided, and parents/guardians will be notified.

Xpats Volleyball Clinic is not liable for injuries, and participants must have adequate medical coverage.

Any medical history must inform the coaches.

2. Cancellation Policy (By Participants)

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the program start date will be eligible for a full refund within 10 days.

Cancellations made within 5 days of the start date will not be refunded.

In case of medical emergency or extenuating circumstance, refunds or credits may be considered on a case-by-cae basis with proper documentation

3. Cancellation Policy (By Xpats)

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the program start date will be eligible for a full refund within 10 days.

Cancellations made within 5 days of the start date will not be refunded.

In case of medical emergency or extenuating circumstance, refunds or credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis with proper documentation

4. Refund Policy

Full refund if the program is cancelled by Xpats.

No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before the program start date, except in special cases approved by the Academy.
